This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and missed sessions work for The Interview Stack.
Free intro calls can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel or reschedule using the booking link where possible.
Paid coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Your session is confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been scheduled.
You can reschedule a paid session with at least 24 hours' notice.
If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your payment will be carried over to the new session time.

If you cancel a paid session with at least 24 hours' notice, you can choose either:
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session may be non-refundable.
This is because time has been reserved for you and it may not be possible to offer the slot to another client at short notice.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly.
If you do not attend a paid session and have not cancelled or rescheduled in advance, the session may be treated as completed and non-refundable.
If you are running late, I will wait for up to 10 minutes. After that, the session may be treated as missed.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give as much notice as possible.
You will be offered either:
If you book a paid coaching session online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
If you ask for the session to take place within that 14-day period, you agree that the service can begin before the cancellation period ends.
If the session has already been fully delivered, you may lose the right to cancel and receive a refund for that session.
If part of a coaching package has already been delivered, any refund may be reduced to reflect the sessions or work already provided.
If you buy a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions may be refunded if requested with reasonable notice.
Any sessions already delivered will not usually be refunded.
Package refunds may be calculated based on the standard price of sessions already used, rather than the discounted package price.
